Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will sell Websites, Ads, Reviews, Social, and SEO while prospecting and building long-term client relationships.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a structured training program designed to advance your sales career.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads and SEO).
• Perform cold calling to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across various industries.

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $100,00-$120,000.

Base Salary: $54,000

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $61K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

Allowances and reimbursements vary by location and usage.
