Job summary

Garcia Roofing is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in Louisiana to sell roof repairs and replacements and to manage sold projects through completion.

You will inspect, measure, and estimate roofs, meet homeowners, present options, close sales, and consistently follow up with leads and customers. You’ll oversee every job to completion and serve as the homeowner’s main contact.

Qualifications

• Strong follow-up habits and the ability to stay organized with leads and customers.
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and sold projects independently.
• Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Outside Sales Representative – Salary + Commission or Full CommissionGarcia Roofing is one of the most recognized residential roofing companies in the area. We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to sell roof repairs and replacements, then manage their sold projects through completion.

Compensation:Choose between salary plus commission or full commissionCurrent reps are averaging an annualized pace of approximately $133,000Most are on pace to earn $80,000–$125,000+Top performers are on pace to earn $200,000+$500 per week in training pay for the first eight weeks (for Full Commission Only)Use an approved personal truck and receive a $500 monthly vehicle allowance plus a higher commission rate
