Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow the Yakima, Washington market.

In this role you manage accounts, visit customers on-site, and deliver solutions from over 43,000 products. The position offers strong pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting new business.
• Plan weekly schedule and visit customers on-site Monday–Friday.
• Present solutions using Uline’s 43,000 products.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
• Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
