Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive Digital Marketing solutions with a hybrid work model (home office + in‑field). The role features uncapped commissions, a base salary with full benefits, and a strong training program to set you up for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Offer Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $95,000.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
