Job summary

Hibu is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in a hybrid environment with a base salary, expenses, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions plus monthly bonuses. First-year on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000 and second-year targets from $100,000 to $115,000, with ongoing incentives and a Presidents Club trip.

• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow own book of business by retaining clients and earning residual commissions.
• Present both virtually and in-person to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
