Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You will partner with clients to implement Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO in a hybrid field/office role.

The position includes comprehensive training, a base salary with uncapped commissions, and a path toward leadership roles. Expect a strong benefits package and quarterly incentives including a President's Club trip.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners in a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build relationships across industries.

Salary and Earnings

Year 1 on-target earnings between $95,000-$105,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $112,000 - $132,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model

• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
