Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with strong OT earnings potential and comprehensive benefits.

Training begins with classroom instruction and extends to extensive field coaching in a hybrid work setting. You will present online and in-person solutions, build a growing client portfolio, and develop long-term relationships across varied industries

Responsabilités

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Year 1 total on-target earnings around $85,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Year 2 total on-target earnings ranging from $100,000-120,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
