The Opportunity

We all know SLC is the sales Bro capital of the world...this is the best opportunity any Sales Bro will find! This is not a cushy base salary job. This is a sales role for someone who’s got grit and wants to build something. If you’ve been grinding door-to-door, but you’re ready to move into professional, relationship-based B2B sales—this is your shot.

We’re offering the chance to build your own book of recurring revenue selling essential, high-demand services. You’ll be armed with a killer brand, world-class support, and the freedom to own your market.

This role is commission-only to start, with the potential to build substantial residual income over time. For the right candidate, we’ll even talk about equity—up to 10% earned over time based on growth milestones and loyalty.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in Lehi, UT. You’ll be responsible for performing sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing customer service, and developing new business opportunities. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and enhancing the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve got fire in your gut—you’re hungry to win and allergic to excuses
  • You’re confident talking to business owners and operations managers
  • You’ve done sales in the wild—maybe D2D, maybe phones—but you’re ready for something better
  • You understand residual income and want to build a portfolio that pays you long-term
  • Bonus: You’ve got some B2B experience, know your way around a CRM, and understand the Utah manufacturing scene

Compensation Structure

This role is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings and the opportunity to build real, recurring monthly income.

You’ll have flexibility to structure deals how you want, backed by a top-tier vendor network and an operations team built to help you win. You’ll also work directly with ownership for coaching and support.

Equity Track:

Earn up to 10% equity over time based on consistent performance and loyalty.
