This position is an exciting, 100% fully remote Life Insurance Agent role for individuals seeking a flexible and rewarding career that can be done from the comfort of their own home.

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional to engage with potential customers and provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their needs. In this role, you will have the independence to manage your schedule, with access to daily training and support from some of the top producers in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use our exclusive platform to connect with interested individuals, focusing on engaging and serving your clients.
  2. Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions, conducting needs assessments to help clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
  4. Training & Development: Participate in live coaching sessions and learn from top-performing virtual sales reps to enhance your skills.
  5. Sales Tracking: Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, interactions, and progress toward goals.
  6. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, protecting client information and maintaining ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget.
  • Willingness to build lasting relationships and receive constructive feedback.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to obtain a life insurance license (training and support provided).

Compensation:

  • Performance-based earnings, including commissions, bonuses, and residual income.
  • Monthly bonuses based on performance.
  • Residual income paid on policy anniversaries.
