Job summary

REIC Rentals in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by developing new opportunities, expanding our customer base, and shaping strategic partnerships across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

You will travel to meet clients, deliver product demos, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer success and long-term value. Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs + Proven success in sales or business development roles, with a focus on strategic growth and customer engagement in the equipment rental or related industries (construction, oil & gas, industrial or ag equipment manufacturing, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in forecasting, pricing, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

What you will do:

• Identify & Engage: Scout and pursue new project opportunities through research, outreach, conferences, and digital platforms.
