Job summary

Aesthetic Roofing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in South Jordan, UT to run in-home appointments, inspect attics and roofs, and present roof replacement options with financing. This W-2, commission-only role targets strong performers earning $150K–$200K per year, with top reps pushing toward $400K.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, inspecting roofs (or drone imagery), handling objections, and maintaining accurate notes in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• A track record closing high-ticket in-home sales using a structured process.
• Retail roofing sales experience welcome; insurance restoration sales is not a fit here.
• Comfortable staying in conversations through objections until a decision is reached.
• Coachable and quick learner; most reps run their own appointments within 1–2 weeks.
• Evenings and Saturdays regularly available.
• Valid driver's license and a decent driving record.
• Must pass a background check.

• Inspect attic and roof or review drone photos to show homeowners what is really going on
• Present price using good, better and best roof replacement packages with financing
• Follow our proven sales process on every sit and work objections through to a decision
• Set up rehash cleanly when a sit does not close, with package details and notes in ServiceTitan
• Self-generate leads when calendar is light and keep ServiceTitan calendar accurate
• Hit the standard: $150K a month in sales at a 30% close rate

Aesthetic Roofing is a residential roofing company serving the Wasatch Front, from Santaquin to North Ogden and Tooele to Park City, and building a retail sales team around a proven in-home process. As an Outside Sales Rep you run set appointments in the home, inspect the attic and roof, and present good, better and best roof replacement options with financing. It is a W-2, commission-only seat where solid reps earn $150K to $200K a year and top reps push $400K.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• A track record closing high-ticket in-home sales on a structured process, such as HVAC, windows, solar, bath or other home improvement
• Retail roofing sales experience is welcome; insurance restoration roofing sales is a different model and not a fit here
• Comfortable being uncomfortable: you stay in the conversation through objections until the homeowner decides
• Coachable and eager to learn fast; most reps run their own appointments within one to two weeks
• Available evenings and Saturdays on a regular basis
• Comfortable in attics, and either on the roof or using a drone for roof photos
• Valid driver's license and a decent driving record
• Must pass a background check
