Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a growth-focused role offering uncapped commissions along with a base salary and full benefits. This position features a hybrid work environment, combining a home office with in-field client visits and a clear path to leadership.

Year 1 on-target earnings are between $85,000 and $95,000, with potential to grow through commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings rise to $100,000–$120,000.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
