Renuity is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative - Spanish to join our field team in Florida. You will deliver interactive home-improvement presentations, promote our products, and negotiate contracts with homeowners, earning uncapped commissions.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, a reliable vehicle, and a commitment to hitting sales targets. Training is provided at our Orlando location, with nationwide growth opportunities within a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision.
• This position requires a criminal background check.
