The Pump Sales Rep is a technical sales individual contributor role, responsible for selling hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, representing Dosatron International in multiple markets with distributors and end users. The focus is on maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation, technology and bottom-line business vitality through ongoing sales efforts sanctioned at the corporate level.
Successful candidates will have an approachable and assertive communication style, engaging effectively with employees, management teams, and customers to proactively address their needs. The ideal candidate is a sales rep with a successful track record. They must also be goal-oriented, excelling in time management and prioritization.
The total pay range for this role, not including incentives, is $75,000-95,000. The pay takes into account skills, experience, training, certifications, and location. Hired applicants will be eligible for bonuses and incentive compensation.
