Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales professional in Overland Park, KS to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will combine a base salary with uncapped commissions, enjoy a hybrid work setup, and participate in ongoing training and incentives.

You will actively prospect in your territory, perform on-site and remote presentations, and build long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries. A strong drive and sales mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience selling digital marketing services to small businesses.
• Ability to build a book of business and manage accounts for residual commissions.
• Willingness to perform virtual and in-person presentations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Present Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO to prospects.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
