Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a dynamic, client-focused role. You’ll drive Digital Marketing solutions, build a local book of business, and earn uncapped commissions alongside a competitive base salary with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.

Job Requirements

Year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000 - $120,000.
