Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow the South San Francisco, California market. In this role you will manage and expand existing accounts, prospect for new business, and present high-quality products to customers.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect for new business.
• Plan Mondays and schedule; on-site visits Tuesday–Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using Uline’s product range (43,000+ items).

Your role on our Sales team is to help businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service you’ll be proud to deliver.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
• Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
