Client Relationship Security Sales Specialist- Outside Sales

We are Solucient Security a longtime leader in integrated verified commercial security solutions. We're helping businesses protect their assets, from their physical property to their employees and everything in between and we are adding to our team. We are adding a Sales Representative in our Chicago Northland market (which primarily covers Lake County, McHenry, Cook County and Chicago proper.) Our Illinois office is located in Northbrook. This is an outside sale driven position.

The key accountability of the Outside Sales Representative is to develop and execute on a robust pipeline to achieve sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technology sales
    • You have 1-2 years of service-oriented sales experience.
    • Experience in the Sandler Selling System is preferred.
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Strong business development and account management skills
    • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software
    • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ability to work in the field and office from your home.
    • Must be able to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card from the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (Illinois employees only)
    • Maintain a driver's license, maintain an insurable driving record, and be capable of driving on company assignments
