Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking an In Home Sales Representative (Leads Provided) to present solutions to homeowners in their residence. You will conduct in-home presentations, demonstrate products, and close sales with confidence.

With uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, the role offers a strong earning potential while building lasting customer relationships. Training is provided and ongoing coaching is available to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Positive, competitive, goal driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed.
• Availability during listed hours; reliable, team focused collaborator.
