Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, diagnose issues, and present customized foundation repair and water management solutions. • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, especially in in-home or commission-based environments.
• Experience in commission, B2C or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
