Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit homeowners, perform inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You will build trusted relationships in-home and manage your own book of business with support from a global leader in home services.

You will earn uncapped commissions with documented earnings opportunities, receive comprehensive training, and work with pre-qualified leads.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction.
