Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in southern Louisiana. In this role, you will be the face of Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast, building relationships with potential clients and helping them transform their bathrooms into beautiful and safe spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers using a 10-step sales method
  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients to drive sales and close deals
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of Luxury Bath products through a presentation and demonstration
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate additional prospects through networking and referrals
  • Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your designated territory
  • Basic computer skills for managing appointment and sales information

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in home remodeling sales or bath remodeling sales
  • Knowledge of the acrylic bath industry
  • Familiarity with structured sales methods
