Are you a people person who loves to travel, make meaningful connections, and close deals? We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-focused Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint across New Jersey and neighboring states.

In this role, you'll be on the front lines meeting with attorneys, attending industry events, and turning conversations into contracts. You’ll be the face of our brand in the field, identifying opportunities, building trust, and driving growth through genuine connections. If you're entrepreneurial, competitive, and motivated by uncapped commission potential, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively connect with attorneys and professionals through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce our services and generate new business.
  • Travel across New Jersey and nearby states to attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings acting as the face of our brand on the ground.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, personalized service, and consistent engagement.
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, with a focus on high-impact outreach and relationship-based selling.
  • Strategize with the sales team to refine pitch messaging, explore new market opportunities, and share insights from the field.
  • Keep detailed notes and updates in the CRM; you’ll own your pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups and lead progression.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs, and adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Sharpen your skills through regular sales trainings, team sessions, and personal development opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, association events, and regional meetups to expand visibility and generate warm leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside and/or outbound sales, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including driving between states and occasionally taking flights.
