Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in New Bern, NC to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses. The role offers a base salary, benefits, and an uncapped earning model in a hybrid work environment combining home office and in-field activity.

Year 1 on-target earnings are $90k-$100k with potential to exceed via commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 OTE ranges from $106k-$122k. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support accompany performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions via partnership selling.
• Sell Websites, Search/Display ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners; set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow book of business; earn residual commissions via account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person prospect presentations.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative:

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
