Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a dynamic Home Remodeling Expert (Sales Closer!) to join our nationwide team. This full-time, W-2 outside sales role targets 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering impactful in-home presentations and closing high-ticket deals.

Top performers earn up to $300K+ per year, with average first-year earnings of $130K–$180K. The position emphasizes on-the-road selling, meeting homeowners within a 30-90 minute radius of your location, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, not required.
• Vehicle and License Required.
• Strong communication & organization skills, influential personality.
• Weekend Availability (6 days/week)
• Self-motivated and driven to win; works well independently or on a team

• Master our product portfolio and financing options.
