Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the West Palm area. No sales experience is required; we will train you. You will reach homeowners, build relationships, and demonstrate the value of HomeTeam’s pest control services.

Expect a compensation package with salary plus commission ranging from $55K to $70K, a company vehicle and gas card, a phone and IPad, and a comprehensive benefits plan. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for advancement within Rollins, Inc.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners to generate sales via door knocks, mail, and calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Explain benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s offerings to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately for pest-control teams.
• Stay motivated, think on your feet, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls


• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners


• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers


• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner


• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently


• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?


• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
