Job summary

Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will deliver in-home presentations to homeowners, promote our products, and drive revenue through uncapped commissions.

Training location is Orlando, FL. This is a full-time W-2 role with a strong, collaborative culture, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with executive leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home sales presentations to homeowners.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with a great attitude.
• Set and pursue individual sales targets.
• Track sales results and report progress.
• Promote company products and services to drive revenue.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Work a full schedule, including weekends and holidays.

About This Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
• Set individual sales targets
• Track sales goals and report results
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility

Key Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish- a plus!
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• This position requires a criminal background check

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position.
