Renuity is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative (Spanish) to join our field team in the United States. This full-time, W-2 role offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive training program. The position requires delivering compelling home presentations, meeting sales targets, and working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Training location: Orlando, FL. Compensation ranges from $150K to $250K annually, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes

About This Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes

Key Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• This position requires a criminal background check

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position.
