Job summary

Groundworks is hiring Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) to diagnose issues in homeowners’ basements and propose repair solutions. You will conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners on options, generate proposals, and close sales while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred; not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales and in-home sales is a plus.
• Background in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Our Outside Sales Representatives we call Certified Field Inspectors or CFIs are one of the powerhouses of our organization and integral to our business’ success. CFI's partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections

Working Conditions

• Full-time
• Remote & Onsite: Reporting into and working remotely of Branch location
• Servicing area within territory
