Lombard, IL-based ScaleHouse Talent is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to engage homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects in roofing, siding, and storm restoration. You will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and travel locally to serve neighborhoods.

The role offers a base pay starting at $90,000 annually plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, plus a vehicle stipend and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally).
• Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders.
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations
• Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work
• Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
