Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Little Rock, AR to drive in-home consultations and sell foundation repair and water management solutions. You will use warm leads, diagnose homeowner issues, present repair options, and close sales on-site, building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
