Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Washington. You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions with our proven systems and services.

You’ll work a territory, generate leads, and build your book of business with strong company support and training. The role offers training pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a market-leading organization that values

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in B2C or in‑home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads.
• Diagnose issues and educate homeowners on solutions.
• Estimate repairs and generate job proposals.
• Close sales in the home.

As an Outside Sales Representative at Groundworks, you are a key driver of our success and the face of our industry‑leading brand.

In this consultative, in‑home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems and services.

What You’ll Do

• Travel remotely within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections
• Utilize warm pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings

What You Bring

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in‑home sales environment is a plus
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
