Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Present and sell roofing products and services to new and existing residential customers
  • Prospect for new leads and manage your customer pipeline
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues quickly
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments with potential clients
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Door to door sales will be important when necessary (storm hits, slow season, etc)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus (currently use jobnimbus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong time management
  • Reliable transportation for travel to appointments
  • Willingness to learn and apply Ohio Roofing Solutions' proven sales process

Schedule
