Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Lakewood, WA, with a mix of on-site customer visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations, and developing tailored solutions for clients in the labels and flexible packaging market. The representative will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, manage accounts, and provide responsive, professional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Daily tasks include prospecting, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with internal teams on production and delivery details, and tracking activities and results in the CRM. The role also includes attending industry events or customer meetings as needed and staying informed about product capabilities and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and Communication skills to effectively demonstrate solutions and engage diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess New Business Development skills to identify prospects, generate leads, and grow territory revenue.
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in printing, packaging, or manufacturing, is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement, including travel to customer sites in the region.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking pipelines and preparing proposals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
