Job Overview
Top Knox Pools is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our residential swimming pool construction team. This remote role is ideal for someone who excels in client relationships, understands the design and build process, and thrives on commission-based earnings. You'll work closely with prospects to guide them through the sales journey, from concept to contract, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining Top Knox's reputation for quality and care.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead intake to closing contracts.
  • Consult and meet with prospective clients, understand their vision, and guide them through design and pricing.
  • Utilize CAD or similar design software to communicate project ideas and plans (training can be provided if necessary).
  • Maintain timely communication with leads, updating them regularly on progress and next steps.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and realistic sales promises.
  • Adjust quickly to new internal systems, workflows, or project updates.
  • Work weekends as needed to meet client schedules or attend consultations.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in construction, design, or home improvement industries.
  • Familiarity with CAD, QuickBooks, Hubspot, or similar design software (basic understanding or willingness to learn).
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects and timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, clean-cut appearance with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to changing processes and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Commission-based earnings with unlimited potential (5% of sales revenue).

Work Schedule
