Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid environment to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You will drive growth through websites, search ads, display ads, and SEO, while building strong client relationships and earning uncapped commissions.

You'll start with comprehensive training and ongoing support, with a base salary plus commissions, in-field and home-office freedom, and clear path for advancement in a fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership selling model.
• Present Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Prospect within a territory, set appointments, and perform needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build relationships across diverse industries to keep daily work dynamic.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
