Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in a hybrid role, offering a base salary with full benefits and uncapped commissions. First-year on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000, with Year 2 earnings between $106,000 and $125,000, reflecting strong performance and market growth.

You will receive best-in-class training, in-field support, and access to leading digital marketing solutions through partnerships with Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, in a community-focused environment.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership model.
• Manage Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, SEO.

• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
