Job summary

American Home Design, Inc. is seeking top in-home sales professionals to join our elite team. Earn $150,000+ annually with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits as we expand in East TN.

No caps on earnings, built-in training, and leadership opportunities accompany a proven sales system and strong market demand. You will represent RainSoft premium water treatment solutions to homeowners, focusing on healthier water, better tasting water, and home protection against hard water

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience required.
• Background in high-ticket sales (bath, HVAC, roofing, windows, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to close deals and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Represent RainSoft as part of American Home Design, selling premium water treatment systems.
• Manage in-home appointments and follow-up with potential customers.
• Protect and grow sales by delivering excellent customer experiences and hitting quotas.
