American Home Design, Inc. is assembling an elite in-home sales team to dominate the premium water treatment market in East TN. Top performers can earn $150,000+ annually with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

We provide qualified appointments, industry-leading training, proven sales systems, marketing support, leadership opportunities, and a 50 year old locally owned & operatively company that is growing with unlimited opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience.
• Background in bath, HVAC, roofing, windows, solar, remodeling, or other high-ticket fields.

Responsibilities

• Sell RainSoft premium water treatment products through in-home demonstrations.
• Represent American Home Design, Inc. and RainSoft in the East TN market.

• Close high-ticket deals and secure ongoing customer relationships.
• Pursue leadership opportunities as the company expands.
