Job summary

Mālama Media Group, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to join our Hawaii-based sales team in Honolulu. This role focuses on developing new business and delivering tailored advertising solutions across radio, digital, and social media platforms to local and regional clients.

You will prospect, build relationships, present proposals, collaborate with programming and digital teams, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or media sales.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
