Baird Foundation Repair in the Houston area is seeking an outgoing Outside Sales Representative who excels at meeting homeowners, building trust fast, and guiding conversations to confident decisions. This is a high-interaction, field-based role with warm, pre-scheduled appointments provided by our marketing and customer care teams—so your time is spent talking with people, not chasing leads.

Every home presents something different, and your success is driven by your ability to connect, communicate, and take action.

Valid driver's license

No Prior Sales Experience Required - Full Training Provided

Pay & Compensation

• Weeks 14 (Training): $1,000 per week + commission
• Weeks 512: $500 per week + commission
• Transition to 100% commission after the 12week Introductory Period
• $100,000+ annual earning potential
• Top performers earn $200,000+ with uncapped commission
