Job summary

FHIA Remodeling, a Renuity company, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to deliver interactive home improvement presentations to homeowners. You’ll work a full schedule with weekend and holiday flexibility, aiming to exceed sales targets and close contracts.

Join a nationwide team, earn uncapped commissions with top reps earning well above $200k, and participate in comprehensive training and strong support from the Renuity network.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
• In-Home Sales or B2C Sales experience preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision

About This Role

Key Qualifications

• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
  • Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish- a plus!
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position.
