Watkins Construction & Roofing in Fairhope, Alabama, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business in Baldwin and Mobile County. This sales-only position focuses on generating leads, presenting products, and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is commission-only, with a $150,000–$175,000 target range. Training is provided and the role requires strong communication, organization, and drive to meet growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products/services to customers.
• Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands.

Watkins Construction Roofing is hiring sales reps for the Baldwin and Mobile County markets.

Our office is located in Fairhope, AL and we are doing interviews soon! This is a Sales ONLY position! NO Production responsibility!
