Our Outside Sales Representatives, called Certified Field Inspectors or CFIs, are key to our organization and success. CFIs partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.

Job Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain customer relationships and track sales pipeline

Requirements

• Full-time
• Remote & onsite: reporting into and working remotely from the branch location
• Servicing area within the territory
• Reliable transportation is required

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in commission-driven, B2C, and in-home sales is a plus
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance, customer service, and satisfaction
