Employer Provided Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 annually

  • You will have an experienced and talented inside salesperson to help follow up on quotes and close deals, freeing you up to stay in front of as many new customers as possible, creating new proposals to feed your pipeline.

  • Most proposals are created on-the-spot, impressing customers with immediate quotes, so you are ready to close the deal if the opportunity arises, allowing you a life after work with no late hours on proposals.

Hiring Details:

Expected hiring selections to be in January 2025 with training to begin in February in southern states.

Location: Northern Illinois Territory

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager

Compensation: Weekly draw against proposal pay and commissions

  • Are you willing and able to climb ladders and work at heights? (Normally flat or low sloped roofs)
  • Do you enjoy working outdoors?
  • Are you available to occasionally work long hours, mainly Monday-Friday?
  • Are you willing to drive distances of up to 2.5 to 3 hours?
  • Do you have a clean driving record?

JOB DESCRIPTION/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Survey commercial roofs and develop pricing estimates stemming from pre-qualified leads.
  • Create onsite proposals quickly with proprietary software, give a PowerPoint presentation that explains our unique selling proposition, then review and download the digital quote with the Property Owner/Manager.
  • Extensive daily travel, but overnights generally not required (we normally see customers during business hours).
  • Develop and maintain excellent long-term client relationships. Repeat and referral customers are our #1 source of new business.
  • Work from an in-home office in the Northern Illinois Territory area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Math skills required.
  • Two years direct sales experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record required to drive company-provided vehicle.
  • Microsoft operating system experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Apple iPhone’s is helpful.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and physical screenings.
  • Must be able to provide 2 forms of I-9 Citizenship approved IDs, if hired.
  • Construction industry sales experience helpful.
  • Full-time availability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Closing ability required.
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive.
  • High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.

We now provide services for the whole state of Georgia and Western Pennsylvania.
