Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Denver, CO is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative. You will meet with homeowners, present roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, and close high-ticket sales. The role offers uncapped commissions with six-figure potential, pre-qualified appointments, and a fast-growing team.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, possess strong communication, and can travel within 30-90 minutes of home. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
