Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Join OX Floors, a growing company, as an Outside Sales Representative. We provide warm leads, and your role involves engaging with potential customers to promote our products and services.

Compensation:

Base pay range: $110,000 - $185,000 per year. Additionally, there is commission-based earning potential, with realistic annual earnings between $115,000 and $185,000. The position is 100% commission-based after an initial period, with optional base pay + commission during the first 90 days. Training pay is also provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel to meet with new customers within your designated market.
2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations (approximately 45 minutes).
3. Achieve or surpass sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to close sales on the first call (One Call Close).
• Previous experience in In-Home and Outside Sales, preferably in Roofing, HVAC, Windows, or Solar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with iPad and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the designated market.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
• Location: Remote, with travel within the market.
• Training pay provided.
• We provide warm leads—NO cold calling!
