Job summary

3 Day Blinds in the United States is hiring a self-motivated in-home sales consultant. You’ll meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them through the purchase with company-provided leads and training.

You’ll operate with uncapped earning potential and a path to growth within a national brand. Training lasts three weeks and tools such as a laptop and smartphone are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail perform well; no design experience required.
• Must be comfortable driving and traveling locally.
• Evenings and at least one weekend day available.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to assess needs and suggest custom window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions that fit each space.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking.

• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
