3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. With company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training, you can build a high-impact career from day one.

You’ll manage your schedule, close sales in the home, and grow the business through referrals while enjoying uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week

• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally - your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required - we'll trainyou.
