Hodge Industrial Technologies is seeking driven sales professionals to grow a territory and build lasting relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers.

You will prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline while delivering consultative solutions and collaborating with service and technical teams to meet sales goals.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven success generating new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace.

What We're Looking For

Compressed air or industrial sales experience is a plus—but not required. We can teach our products; we can't teach the drive to build new business.
